Why ingesting too much vitamins is useless

4

If you take multivitamins everyday, match it with other vitamins like vitamin C, B, and other tablets and capsules that give your body the right nutrition that it needs, then you’re doing a great job of taking care of yourself. However, you shouldn’t be misled by the thought that you would be healthier if you take in more vitamins than the recommended daily dosage. Your body only absorbs the vitamins that it needs to function properly while at the same time expelling any excess that it finds unnecessary. This is the reason why your urine becomes a shade brighter or would have a bolder looking color. So if you have neon looking urine, don’t be surprised. This is actually your body getting rid of the excess vitamins that it doesn’t need to function properly. The point we’re trying to drive at here is that you don’t have to take in so many vitamins and multivitamins every single day. Before you do, read into what you’re taking and see just how much your body needs. If you find that your diet is not enough for your body to get the daily nutrition it needs, then that’s the time you supplement it with vitamins. Taking in excess vitamins will not do you any better. As a matter of fact it’s just an unnecessary cost that you could avoid if only you read in to your recommended daily dosage for vitamins and nutrition. You can do this by consulting your doctor or computing it by yourself.
