Set a bed time – If you set the alarm to wake up, you can set the alarm to head to bed. Do this by picking an hour for shutting down and sticking to it.

Be cool – Lower your thermostat and use a blanket. The colder the room, the more restful your sleep will be.
Eat light – Indigestion can leave you uncomfortable and cause you to visit the bathroom more often. Therefore, have a light meal before bed and avoid liquids at least 1 hour before bed.
No smoking or drinking – Alcohol and nicotine are stimulants, that will keep you wide awake and interrupt a peaceful night’s sleep.
Pillows – Buy good quality pillows that are supportive, comfortable, and suit your sleeping position.
